Are fruit and nut mixes suitable for a gluten free diet?

Some of our mixes are suitable for those following a gluten free diet.

Plain, unsweetened dried fruits and nuts without flavourings are gluten free. However, if any extra flavouring has been added to the mix, these may no longer be suitable.  Always check the ingredients before you buy.
