There can be many reasons why you might wish to eliminate dairy products from your diet, including:

Vegetarian and vegan diets

If you are following a purely plant-based diet, you might be looking for some milk alternatives since cow’s milk (and goat’s milk) are clearly animal products.

Lactose intolerance

It may be that you are lactose intolerant or sensitive to dairy products and you might be looking for substitutes which don’t upset your digestive system. You may therefore wish to consider lactose-free milk.
